SHIPPING

DOMESTIC:

Orders shipped within the U.S. will ship 2-day UPS with signature required to a home address (not P.O. Box). Shipping includes insurance. 

All orders shipped within FL will be charged sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL:

International shipping carrier is FedEx or DHL with a $100 shipping fee that includes insurance. The $100 shipping fee does not cover any customs, tariffs, taxes, and/or duty fees. 

For all international shipments, outside of the U.S., the receiver will be responsible for paying any local customs, tariffs, taxes, and/or duty fees incurred from importing goods. These fees vary and are determined by the receivers government and are therefore not included in shipping fees. If for any reason, customs cannot reach the receiver, or the fees go unpaid, the order will be returned to us at the receiver's expense. 

RETURNS & REPAIRS

ONLINE RETURNS:

Exchanges, credits, and refunds are accepted up to 14 days after the item has been received. Item must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Customers will assume responsibility for all shipping charges.

Please email customerservice@bymichaelmiller.com to arrange the return and receive an RA number. 

Please ship with signature required, insurance, and email us with tracking information in order to ensure your return arrives safely. We cannot refund returns that have been lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for items returned without prior notice.  

REPAIRS:

We are always happy to repair items. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

SIZING 

How do I find my correct ring size?

We suggest you go to a jewelry store or jeweler to have them size your finger.  Please note that finger size changes with internal temperature.  In the winter months or when your hands are cold your fingers will shrink. In the summer months or when your body is hot your fingers swell.

It is recommended to size up for a wider ring band.
